Our customers have access to first line technical support from our NOC (Network Operations Centre) in Limerick and second line in Citywest. We proactively monitor all network elements and provide service support 24x7x365.

Our experienced technical team will address any queries or issues on the network and will answer your calls directly. No outsourced call centre, just direct access to technical help from AirSpeed personnel if you need it.
