AirSpeed's network is unique in that it is based on licensed wireless (or microwave) technology and overhead fibre.  The backbone of the network, comprised of ESB overhead fibre, is connected to an extensive network of high sites around Ireland giving excellent reach into rural areas as well as having signifiant concentration in urban centres.  Our network is therefore not terrestrial-base and true resilience can be guaranteed at the high capacities necessary for our enterprise, public sector and SME customers.

 

Our team of experts has intimate knowledge of both the requirements and the techniques necessary to design and implement diverse IP and TDM networks to back up and/or complement existing customer networks.  We work well with other service providers to ensure smooth operation of traffic load balancing, network fail over and contingency procedures.
