Technical Help Desk


At AirSpeed Telecom we proactively monitor our network from our Network Management Centre (NMC) at our HQ site in Dublin.  Our customers have access directly to our Technical Help Desk, manned by our technical personnel in the NMC.  Our trained personnel will deal with any queries that may arise.  Access to the Technical Help Desk can be proivided on a 24x7x365 basis.

 

 


We also provide our customers with on-line network statistics so that you can have visibility of how your links are being utilised within your organisation.  Just log in using your password to access your network statistics.
