AirSpeed Telecom provides Service Level Agreements (SLA) to the highest standard for all our products from business broadband and WiMax links to high speed WANs.

 

All our network links are proactively monitored from our Network Operations Centre in Citywest. 

 

Detailing a number of service performance metrics such as packet loss and port availability, our SLAs guarantee levels of service delivery, availability and network performance. 

 

Service is provided 24x7x365.

 

We operate a Technical Help Desk not a Call Centre for Service Support!
