AirSpeed Telecom achieve ranking of 113 in Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA

 

 

AirSpeed Telecom one of just six Irish companies to make top 150

 

AirSpeed Telecom, the telecommunications company which operates a nationwide licensed wireless radio transmission network, has been awarded a ranking of 113 in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA 2009, a ranking of the 500 fastest-growing technology companies in Europe, the Middle East and Africa

 

Now in its ninth year, Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA is one of Europe's most objective rankings for the technology, media and telecommunications industries. It recognises both public and private companies from all areas of technology from electronics and biotechnology, to scientific and communication

 

In addition to ranking 113 in the Deloitte Technology EMEA Fast 500, AirSpeed Telecom achieved 7th place in the Irish Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Awards 2009, and were the only telecommunications company to make the top ten of the list.

 

AirSpeed Telecom operate a nationwide carrier class licensed wireless network providing telecommunications products and services to large enterprises, public sector bodies and SME customers in Ireland. AirSpeed Telecom’s technology expertise and national coverage combine to offer businesses around Ireland a compelling service for data and voice communications.

 

AirSpeed Telecom has gone from strength to strength since its inception in 2003 and now work with clients such as RTE NL, TG4, Dairygold, Vhi Healthcare, Údarás na Gaeltachta, HEAnet and the NCSS (Breastcheck).
